Valley Mortgage Inc., an award-winning Fargo, North Dakota-based mortgage company, has announced the purchase of a new lot with plans to begin construction on a new office building. As the experienced staff of originators, processors, underwriters and closers at Valley Mortgage continue to service clients from across North Dakota and Minnesota, the business has a profound need for expanded office space in order to serve client needs.

The new building was designed by BHH Partners an architecture and planning firm based in Perham, Minnesota. The design features two levels. Valley Mortgage will occupy the upper floor, and the main floor will offer approximately 4500 square feet of space that will be available for lease. The lot is located at 3315 45th Street South in Fargo. The company plans to break ground in May with project completion projected for October 2016.

"We are very excited to grow as the community grows,” says Brian Johnson, President of Valley Mortgage. “We were looking to move farther South to be easily accessible to everyone in the Metro area. The new building will allow us to both expand and better serve our clients.”

Valley Mortgage currently services clients from their 13th Ave South location in Fargo. The company has been in business for 33 years.
