Sunir Kapoor (Director and Chairman of the Board)
Sunir Kapoor will serve as a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kapoor is a leading Silicon Valley executive, entrepreneur and advisor in the software industry. He has over 30 years of international experience working in the technology space for high profile companies such as Oracle, where he served as as Vice-President of Marketing & Global Strategy, and was part of the business management committee. Mr. Kapoor also created and ran their fourth main business unit, Oracle Collaboration Suite. At Microsoft, Mr. Kapoor was Director of Worldwide Business Strategy reporting to the Office of the President; he started his career at the company by creating Microsoft’s enterprise business in Europe. Most recently, Mr. Kapoor was the CEO of UBmatrix, the creator of XBRL, the global standard for business information exchange, which was acquired by RR Donnelley. Additionally, Mr. Kapoor also served on the board of the XBRL US Steering Committee. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kapoor was the Co-Founder & CEO of E-Stamp, the company credited with inventing the technology and market for Internet postage and one of the first internet payment systems. Mr. Kapoor has worked for Novell, Inc., Honeywell and the European Space Agency. Mr. Kapoor is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (“BBVA”) a leading global bank, and advises several other technology companies in Silicon Valley.
William Everett (Director and Chairman of Audit Committee)
Mr. Everett will serve as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
William H. Everett joined the Board of Directors of AGNITY Global in February 2016. He has more than 30 years of management experience and currently serves as a director of Hakisa SAS in Strasbourg, France and Issuer Direct Corporation in Morrisville, North Carolina. In addition, Mr. Everett served on the Board of Directors of NeoNova Network Services until it was acquired in July 2013. Mr. Everett retired as Executive Vice President and CFO of Tekelec, a telecommunications equipment supplier, in April 2010. Since that time, he has served as a corporate director and provided consulting services to many private equity clients. Until recently, he served as an Executive in Residence and a member of the Board of Advisors of the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. Prior to working with Tekelec, Mr. Everett served as Vice-President of Finance and Administration and CFO of Chemfab Corporation. During his career, Mr. Everett also held executive operating and financial management positions at several other companies, including Epsilon Data Management and Eastman Software. He was the Co-founder and President of Maps a la Carte, an Internet mapping and spatial data company, which was acquired by Demand Media Inc.
Andre Boisvert (Director and Chairman of Technology Oversight Committee)
Mr. Boisvert will serve as a director and Chairman of the Technology Oversight Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Boisvert joined the Board of Directors of AGNITY Global in February 2016. Mr. Boisvert is a long-time leader in the enterprise software arena with over 30 years of executive experience with mega vendors such as Oracle, where he served as senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing and served as a member of Oracle’s Management Committee and SAS Institute Inc., where he served as president and chief operating officer. Mr. Boisvert began his career in 1976 when he joined IBM, where he spent 13 years in senior management positions across sales, marketing and R&D. Post IBM, Mr. Boisvert held senior management positions at Cognos Corporation and Sagent Technologies Inc. where he served as chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Boisvert’s experience also includes having been a director of VA Linux and currently serves as a director and chairman of Issuer Direct Corporation. Mr. Boisvert also serves on the board of directors of several other privately held software companies.
Russ McMeekin (Director and Chairman of Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee)
Mr. McMeekin will serve as a director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
As the founding Partner of Energy Knowledge, and former President of Honeywell Global Advanced Software (Hi-Spec Solutions), President of Honeywell’s Internet Business, CEO and Board Member of several Silicon Valley companies, Mr. McMeekin has acquired and consolidated over 40 companies worldwide. Mr. McMeekin is an Engineering Technologist and a graduate of the Stanford School of Law Director Program as well as the Honeywell-sponsored Executive Leadership program. Mr. McMeekin began his career in a Computer Aided Design venture (SACDA) sponsored by the University of Western Ontario from 1989-1992.
