The Managed Legal Services team will address their clients’ legal process needs, optimizing resources and creating improved efficiencies around routine legal work. Mark Yacano leads the team, which operates within the Solutions Practice Group, from the Washington, D.C., office.

In October 2014, Mark joined Major, Lindsey & Africa as the Global Practice Leader to assess the market and begin building the Managed Legal Services offering. With 25 years of experience in the legal and business worlds advising clients on the management of complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation, Mark is focused on developing high-quality services that will be performed by well-trained talent and offered in a cost-effective manner that allow clients to achieve their outcomes in a manageable way.
Previously, Mark oversaw the strategic and operational management of Hudson Legal as Executive Vice-President and led the expansion of its offerings in the legal solutions space both domestically and in London. While in private practice, he co-founded one of the first dedicated e-discovery practices in the country.
In December 2015, Jeff Catanzaro joined to serve as a Managing Director in New York City. Jeff, who has more than 10 years of domain expertise, is a subject-matter expert in contracts management and outsourced legal services. He previously served as Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group, where he developed and led Huron's Contract Management services offering and assisted in the development of an industry-leading contract automation tool called K-CREATE.
