Dr. Megan Swaab Fine, DSI’s Veterinary Surgeon and Attending Veterinarian, recently achieved her board certification and is now a large animal Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (DACVS-LA). Dr. Fine received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and subsequently completed a one-year internship in medicine and surgery. She was then accepted into a three-year residency program in large animal surgery at the University of Minnesota where, in addition to her surgery training, she earned her Master of Science (MS) degree.
Dr. Fine leads a surgical team that includes the expertise of a board-certified surgeon and SRS certified research surgeons. DSI surgeons are available to meet the surgical needs of our customers. “I’m impressed with Megan’s commitment to the scientific community”, says Chief Scientific Officer R.
