Greenberg Traurig Continues to Bolster its Corporate & Securities Practice with Addition of Trevor J. Chaplick in Washington, D.C.

Chaplick as a shareholder in its Washington, D.C. office. Chaplick joins Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate & Securities Practice on the heels of Todd E. Bowen, Christopher R. Machera, and Adam S. Tope in New York City and Christopher P. McHugh in Washington, D.C. Before joining the firm, Chaplick was a partner in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Corporate Department.
Chaplick focuses his practice on representing technology and growth companies, underwriters, private equity firms, and venture capital funds in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and public offerings, as well as in general corporate and securities law matters. He has represented numerous public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions, and he has represented issuers, underwriters, and investors in numerous public offerings.

He has represented numerous companies in raising capital from institutional investors across many industries, including software, communications, the Internet, alternative energy, entertainment and media, semiconductors, health care, and biotechnology.
