Serge Ferrari Introduces Precontraint 502 Satin, Available April 15th
Pompano Beach, Florida (PRWEB) April 08, 2016 -- Serge Ferrari North American and Trivantage have announced an availability date of April 15th for he highly anticipated Precontraint® 502 Satin flexible composite material. First announced at the IFAI Show in Anaheim last October, Precontraint 502 Satin will be fully stocked in all colors at Trivantage’s 12 distribution centers by that date. Additionally, Trivantage currently holds an inventory of more than 60,000 yards of the original Precontraint 502 Classic, available from its distribution centers for more immediate product needs.
Precontraint 502 Satin is an evolution of the Classic version of Precontraint 502 that has been a staple in North America for awnings, canopies, shade sails and light structures for the last 25 years. The new product has all the same performance characteristic as its predecessor, including dimensional stability, excellent UV resistance, heat and weather protection, a large selection of available colors, and color retention and strength for long-term aesthetics and durability. However, Precontraint 502 Satin offers customers two new added benefits – a more desirable Satin finish, compared with the Classic’s glossy finish, and a new PVDF topcoat on both sides for exceptional long-term dirt resistance. Precontraint 502 Satin also introduces 13 new colors for a total pallet of 40 colors to coordinate with current designer color trends. Precontraint 502 Satin is now available with a 10 year warranty on fixed framed awnings and canopies, an increase from the 8 year warranty that was available with the Classic version.
The changes to the Precontraint 502 product line are in response to customer feedback as well as technological advances in Serge Ferrari’s manufacturing. Precontraint 502 Classic will continue to be available through the end of 2016 on a special production basis, with minimum quantities. Precontraint 502 Satin is only available in North America through distribution. At this time, Trivantage is the only distributor in North America with availability of all colors of Precontraint 502 Satin.
