Marco Announces New Unified Communications as a Service

Marco recently announced the introduction of a new Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The cloud-based service will be delivered through the company's longtime technology partner Mitel.

Marco recently announced the introduction of a new Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The cloud-based service will be delivered through the company’s longtime technology partner Mitel.

UCaaS enables clients to move a variety of their communication and collaboration applications to the cloud. The services are delivered through a public or private IP network. Doing so allows users to access the applications from any device, anywhere. Moving the applications to the cloud significantly reduces capital and maintenance expenditures while providing faster system deployment and built-in redundancy. Marco’s clients will have access to a host of advanced Unified Communications features such as unified messaging, mobility, conferencing, collaboration, video, chat, contact center, call recording and business analytics.

Marco’s UCaaS solution is unique in that it offers a “client-first design.” Clients will have the flexibility to bring their own carrier, as well as pick and choose which components of the solution are the right fit for their business.
