Springbot to Showcase Enhanced Triggered Emails and Streamlined Path to Purchase on Instagram at Imagine Commerce 2016

As marketers focus efforts on email and social media marketing, Springbot today released two new features for their eCommerce marketing platform, Advanced Shoppable Instagram and Behavioral Trigger email, to help online merchants improve the consumer experience. These innovative offerings, plus a third feature called Social Hub, will be demoed at Imagine Commerce 2016, taking place April 11-13 in Las Vegas.

Magento platform users can get a first look at Springbot’s newest features with in-booth demonstrations during the annual international show, Magento Imagine Commerce 2016 and get a sneak peek at the soon-to-be launched Social Hub.

Forrester calls Instagram the “king of social,” delivering 58 times more engagement per follower than Facebook and 120 times more engagement per follower than Twitter. Understanding the power of this social channel, more marketers are incorporating Instagram into their marketing strategy. Springbot’s Advanced Shoppable Instagram helps online merchants easily transform consumer engagement into high-quality traffic and revenue.

To streamline the consumer’s path to purchase, Springbot’s Instagram integration supports customized landing pages and minimizes the steps to checkout allowing consumers to quickly purchase promoted items.

For example, online photos of a product in action or lifestyle photograph drive eight times more consumer engagement, and ultimately more revenue, than product shots traditionally found on an eCommerce site. Advanced Shoppable Instagram makes it simple for merchants to leverage real-world product photos from Instagram as a way to create consumer excitement and drive more sales.

For customers who already have taken an action, such as opening a previous email or completing a purchase, Behavioral Trigger email minimizes unwanted emails.

Behavioral Trigger email by Springbot ensures customers continue to receive a personalized experience with gentle reminders or stop follow up emails completely to avoid unnecessary touches. Marketers who ignore these queues risk upsetting both existing and prospective customers.
