• Bill Kavanaugh promoted to Associate Vice President of Sales
• David Conley promoted to Associate Vice President of Global Sales Operations
• Michelle Maly promoted to Associate Vice President of Healthcare Development
• Patrick Mulcahy promoted to Associate Vice President of Cloud Services
• Nancy Person promoted to Associate Vice President of Accounting and Finance
• Sherry Odle promoted to Associate Vice President of Strategy
Hyland hired its 2,000th employee in 2015 and expects to hire several hundred more in 2016. As the company grows, it becomes increasingly more important to expand its leadership team to ensure all parts of the organization are properly represented.
Hyland’s partner channel sales have grown 80 percent since 2013. This growth is attributed to Hyland’s dedication to the channel, led by Bill Kavanaugh. He will continue building partner relationships while providing the channel with a voice at the executive level. Kavanaugh will also be responsible for the Corporate Alliance team, as well as the sales of ShareBase, Hyland’s new enterprise file sync and share product.
David Conley will lead more than 90 employees, including the Sales Enablement, Sales Solution Engineering, Competitive Intelligence, Demonstration Services, Proposal Services, Order Processing, Customer Reference, Sales Support, Sales Academy, Sales Insight and the Global Sales Contracts teams. The continued performance and success of these teams are critical to driving Hyland’s continued growth.
Michelle Maly started her career at Hyland in 2001 as a developer and created a dedicated Healthcare Development team eight years ago. In her new role, Maly will primarily focus on the OnBase healthcare product roadmap and architecture while continuing to lead her specialized team as they grow with the industry.
Operating eight OnBase datacenters worldwide and specializing in cloud-based enterprise information platforms, Patrick Mulcahy oversees more than 50 employees and is responsible for providing superior customer service, adhering to stringent security best practices and growing Hyland’s hosted solutions.
Nancy Person started her career at Hyland in 2010 as the manager of financial reporting and audit. She was responsible for creating Hyland’s financial reports as well managing internal audit activities. In her new role, Person will lead the Accounting and Finance department.
Starting her career at Hyland in 1999 as an Installer, Sherry Odle was the visionary for the evolution of Hyland’s contract management functions. As Associate Vice President of Strategy, Odle will oversee efforts to help drive the company’s long-term strategic vision and aggressive growth goals.
