EMSI Appoints C. Chris Apple Chief Financial Officer
Irving, Texas (PRWEB) April 11, 2016 -- Examination Management Services, Inc. (EMSI) today announced the appointment of C. Chris Apple to the role of chief financial officer (CFO), effective April 11, 2016. Apple succeeds Michael Zarriello, who has served as the company's interim CFO since November 2015 and will remain with the company during a transition period. Apple will assume responsibility for corporate-wide financial strategy, management and reporting and will report to James D. Calver, chief executive officer of EMSI.

Apple brings to EMSI’s leadership team a wealth of experience built over a 30-year career in the technology and finance industries. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and CFO for AMX Corporation (now AMX by HARMAN), a global hardware, software and technology services company. Prior, he held senior finance roles with BEI Holding Corporation, Alcatel-Lucent, Answersoft Inc. and Sevin Rosen Funds. Apple is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a business administration degree in Accounting from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.
