"In addition to providing a bathroom break for the dog, regular walks provide great exercise, socialization and mental stimulation for the dog." Joette White, President of Park Cities Pet Sitter
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) April 11, 2016
Park Cities Pet Sitter is kicking off the month of April with a promotion geared towards busy dog parents. Any new Park Cities Pet Sitter customer that signs up for their “daily dog walk” service with a minimum of four dog walks per week on a recurring schedule, will receive a $100 service credit to their account after the first 30 days of dog walking service have been completed. The $100 credit will be applied after confirmation that the new client met the minimum four dog walks per week for the first 30 days. The promotion will run from now through May 31st, 2016, and can be redeemed by brand new clients to Park Cities Pet Sitter or by existing clients that have never used recurring walks previously.
Park Cities Pet Sitter President Joette White is a big advocate for “daily dog walks” because the service provides a multitude of benefits for both the dog and their owner. “Daily dog walks are fantastic for dogs for so many reasons,” says White. “In addition to providing a bathroom break for the dog, regular walks provide great exercise, socialization and mental stimulation for the dog. All of these benefits mean a happier dog, and mean the dog is less likely to develop problem behaviors in their home due to boredom or excess energy. Dog parents love our daily dog walk service because it relieves the stress they feel of having to be home at a set time to take the dog outside, plus they often have other commitments that make it hard for them to take their dog on regular walks. By hiring a Park Cities Pet Sitter dog walker, the dog owner knows they are enhancing the dog’s life while relieving their own stress of trying to juggle a variety of responsibilities.”
Park Cities Pet Sitter charges $20 per dog walk for clients that commit to a minimum of four walks per week on a recurring schedule, and this includes up to two dogs in a household. Two dollars more is charged for each additional dog. The “daily dog walk” service lasts between 20-30 minutes, includes a freshening of the pet’s water bowl, a note to the client about the walk, and a treat (if permitted by the owner). A meal or medication dose can also be provided to the dog as part of the service. Longer “daily dog walks” for clients on a recurring schedule of four or more walks per week are also available in 45-minute and 60-minute intervals for $32 and $44, respectively.
“Daily dog walks really enhance a dog’s quality of life,” says White. “We have clients that live in high rises, clients that live in condominiums or apartments without easy yard access, and clients that have physical ailments that all use our daily dog walk service. We also have clients that just lead incredibly busy lives or have unpredictable schedules, and they simply want a dog walker to help them manage everything a little better. We love being able to give them the peace of mind that their dog is going to be well cared for and happy because they have a Park Cities Pet Sitter dog walker looking out for them.”
