According to SPS’ 2015 Outsourcing Index: Law Firm Trends market research study, 92% of the firms that outsource plan to maintain or add other non-core functions to their outsourcing portfolio within the next two years. The study also indicates 4 out of 5 non-outsourcing firms anticipate digitally transforming the majority of their paper processes and implementing electronic management systems within the next three years to improve business performance.
