Sales Integrity Announces Spinoff of its MyCoachSite Software Platform

Sales Integrity LLC today announced it will spinoff its MyCoachSite coaching enablement software platform as a separate company as part of its continuing efforts to grow its presence within the professional coaching and training marketplace.

Sales Integrity LLC today announced it will spinoff its MyCoachSite coaching enablement software platform as a separate company as part of its continuing efforts to grow its presence within the professional coaching and training marketplace. The spinoff will focus on its enhanced software platform providing value to create, deliver and monetize products and services related to Coaching, Courses and Content. Since its start in 2004, Sales Integrity has coached sales professionals, leaders and organizations at small businesses and corporate clients around the world to help them build successful, productive sales teams in the highly complex, technical sales industry.

The spinoff creates a wholly owned company which will be known as MyCoachSite, LLC. Sales Integrity will continue direct involvement in the managerial decisions of MyCoachSite, LLC and as a part of the spinoff is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Minshall, General Manager/Chief Operations Officer of the new company. Mr. Minshall, a 25+ year veteran within the software industry, will be responsible for all operations of MyCoachSite, LLC, reporting directly to Mr. Sean Piket, the Founder and CEO of Sales Integrity.
