New Director of Sales at Award Winning Golf Community in Georgia

Currahee Club, a Southern Living inspired community in North Georgia, has hired of a new Director of Sales for the community affirms Real Estate Scorecard. Sean Barrett joined the Executive Team in mid-March after working in Greenville, S.C. Barrett brings 25 years of real estate and sales experience to Currahee Club Realty, and has held real estate brokers licenses in Florida, California, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Prior to joining Currahee Club, Barrett has excelled in the residential sales and real estate industry while serving in numerous roles, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Woodside Development in Aiken, S.C.; East Coast Regional Vice President for Echelon Sales, Inc.; Vice President of Real Estate at Reunion Resort & Club in Orlando, F.L.; and Director of In-House Sales at Spinnaker Resort in Hilton Head Island, S.C. and Orange Lake Resort and Country Club in Kissimmee, FL. Most recently, Barrett served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Universal Mortgage and Finance, Inc., where he opened the Greenville branch. He was in charge of sales, recruiting, training and cultivating clients.

As he steps into his role of Director of Sales at Currahee Club, Barrett will go through an intensive training program on the club, which includes meeting with leadership and staff of amenity, hospitality and sales divisions of the club, before he then reaches out to the Property Owners, Members and Preferred Builders in the Community. Barrett is excited to begin his new role and is committed to closing sales at Currahee Club.
