88 RE/MAX Brokers in Northern Illinois Recognized with Career Honors

RE/MAX has announced that 88 brokers at its offices across northern Illinois have earned career honors. RE/MAX brokers are eligible for four career awards, each marking an important professional milestone while they are affiliated with RE/MAX.

RE/MAX has announced that 88 brokers at its offices across northern Illinois have earned career honors. RE/MAX brokers are eligible for four career awards, each marking an important professional milestone while they are affiliated with RE/MAX. The awards, in ascending order of significance are: the Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Circle of Legends and Luminary of Distinction.

Jane Lee of RE/MAX Top Performers, Lake Bluff, was named a Luminary of Distinction, the most prestigious of these awards. Recipients are those individuals who have earned $20 million in sales commissions and have completed 20 years with the RE/MAX network. Lee is one of only three brokers in northern Illinois to have received this honor.

Two brokers became members of the Circle of Legends, which recognizes an elite group of top brokers in the RE/MAX global network representing less than 0.5 percent of all RE/MAX sales associates. To enter the Circle of Legends, a broker must have been with RE/MAX for at least 10 years and have earned more than $10 million in commissions during that time.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, which goes to those who have been part of the worldwide RE/MAX network for at least seven years and have earned more than $3 million in gross commissions during that time, was presented to 21 brokers in northern Illinois.    

Sixty-four others were inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, whose members have earned more than $1 million in gross commissions while affiliated with RE/MAX.

Grouped geographically, here is a complete list of the names and offices of those recently honored for career achievement in northern Illinois:

City of Chicago

Kristi Gunther of RE/MAX Exclusive Properties, entered the Circle of Legends. Robert Padron of RE/MAX Cityview and Hasani Steele of RE/MAX Premier Properties received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Inducted into the Hall of Fame were Mera Kordic, Ricardo Morales, Pedro Rosales and Carmen Rodriguez of RE/MAX 10 Lincoln Park; Yolanda Zapiain of RE/MAX 10 Midway; Martha Lozano of RE/MAX City; Marcin Krempa of RE/MAX Edge; Cynthia Bauer of RE/MAX Premier Properties and Kim Smith of RE/MAX Vision 212.

Rockford

Barbara Erdmier, RE/MAX Property Source, was named to the Hall of Fame.

North Cook Suburbs and Lake County

Jane Lee, RE/MAX Top Performers, Lake Bluff, became a Luminary of Distinction. Marco Amidei, RE/MAX Suburban, Libertyville, entered the Circle of Legends. Kimberly Schnoor, RE/MAX Advantage Realty, Antioch; Christopher Hoelz, RE/MAX Showcase, Gurnee; Craig Stein, RE/MAX Showcase, Long Grove, and Barbara Florczyk, RE/MAX All Stars, Niles, received the Lifetime
Achievement Award.

Rachel Hausman, Michael Cell and Pablo Ayala of RE/MAX Suburban, Buffalo Grove; Kim Czaplicki, Holly Blanchette and Debbie Norton of RE/MAX Showcase, Gurnee; Peter Consolo, RE/MAX NOW, Lake Barrington; Carol Gold, RE/MAX Top Performers, Lake Bluff; Luis Fuentes and Kristin DePue, RE/MAX Showcase, Long Grove; Andy Klisiewicz, RE/MAX Masters, Morton Grove; and Jesse Singh, Luigui Corral and Sharon Wang of RE/MAX United, Wheeling, were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Northwest Cook Suburbs

Lifetime Achievement honors went to Joseph Woodbury, RE/MAX of Barrington; Mary Olson, RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, Bartlett; Michael Quaglia, RE/MAX Destiny, Elk Grove Village, and William Farrell, RE/MAX Suburban, Mt. Prospect.

Inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame were Kimberly Schmidt, Catherine Speach and Richard Perillo with RE/MAX of Barrington; Steve DeRienzo and Patricia Hanson, RE/MAX Central, Roselle, and Richard Gerber, RE/MAX Suburban, Schaumburg.

West Cook Suburbs

Michael Scola, RE/MAX Partners, Berwyn, and Gary Barnes, RE/MAX Properties, Western Springs, received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Dorothy Gillian, RE/MAX in the Village, Realtors, Oak Park, joined the Hall of Fame.

Carroll County                                                                                        

Julie Wenzel, RE/MAX Town Lake and Country, Lake Carroll, was inducted into the Hall of Fame.        

DuPage County

Mary Braatz, RE/MAX Enterprises, Downers Grove; Jeff Stainer, RE/MAX Action, Lisle; Daniel Firks, RE/MAX of Naperville; Bert Gor, RE/MAX Professionals Select, Naperville, and Sue Hedlund, RE/MAX Suburban, Wheaton, received the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame went to Linda Feinstein, RE/MAX Signature Homes, Hinsdale; Lee Ernst and Judith Kratville, RE/MAX Action, Lisle; Matthew Pittman and Bill Ranieri, RE/MAX Achievers, Lombard; Brian Hilgen and Edye Burton, RE/MAX of Naperville; Kevin Rampersad, Rohit Bamzai and Kelly Dyson, RE/MAX Professionals Select, Naperville, and Kathryn Loth, RE/MAX Suburban, Wheaton.

South Cook Suburbs and Will County

The Lifetime Achievement Award went Jack Gawron, RE/MAX Synergy, Orland Park. Karen Goins, RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, Algonquin and Richard Toepper, RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, Crystal Lake, received the Lifetime Achievement Award. RE/MAX Plaza, McHenry, were named to the Hall of Fame.

Mark True, RE/MAX of Rock Valley, Oregon, joined the Hall of Fame.

Rock Island County

Tyler Fuhr, RE/MAX Elite Homes, Moline, was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
