These features will go a long way towards helping users stay compliant with carrier requirements.
Anaheim, CA (PRWEB) April 14, 2016
Trumpia, the leading mobile messaging and cross-channel marketing automation software provider, today announced two new updates.
First, Trumpia introduced a new contact management tool. Called the “Do-Not-Contact” list, it lets users permanently remove and block unsubscribed contacts from their database. Users can now upload both mobile numbers and emails into this new list, physically removing them from their Trumpia database.
In addition, any contacts on that list cannot be re-added to the user’s database at a later date. The new tool is essentially an easier way to remove and keep the contacts out of your database in the future.
Second, we added a new feature called Double Opt-In for keywords. When someone texts your keyword, Trumpia’s software instantly sends the subscriber a confirmation message. The message will then prompt the subscriber to text back either “yes” or “no”. Subscriptions are not made official until the person texts back “yes”.
“These features will go a long way towards helping users stay compliant with carrier requirements,” said Trumpia’s CEO, Ken Rhie.
