U.S. Based PRO Rugby To Debut April 17 In Primetime

ONE World Sports, America’s Network for Global Sports, announced today the airing of the Professional Rugby Organization (PRO), a new U.S.-based professional rugby league. ONE World Sports, the official national broadcast partner of PRO Rugby, will begin its coverage Sunday, April 17 at 7:00 PM ET and will feature Sacramento battling San Francisco in its inaugural match. PRO Rugby is comprised of the five rugby union teams located in North America, and is the first competition to be sanctioned by USA Rugby and World Rugby.

In total, ONE World Sports will air 11 PRO Rugby matches:

  •     April 17 – San Francisco at Sacramento at 7 PM ET
  •     April 23 – Sacramento at San Diego at 6 PM ET
  •     April 24 – Denver at San Francisco at 6 PM ET
  •     May 1 – Denver at San Diego at 8 PM ET
  •     May 8 – Ohio at Sacremento at 8 PM ET
  •     May 15 – Ohio at San Diego at 8 PM ET
  •     May 29 – Ohio at San Francisco at 6 PM ET
  •     June 5 – Denver at San Diego at 8 PM ET
  •     July 3 – Sacramento at San Francisco at 6 PM ET
  •     July 24 – Denver at San Francisco at 6 PM ET
  •     July 30 – San Francisco at Sacramento at 10:30 PM ET
