Greenberg Traurig’s Jennifer Gray to Speak at ACI’s Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference
Washington (PRWEB) April 13, 2016 -- Shareholder Jennifer Gray of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be speaking this week at ACI’s Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement conference. The 20th annual two-day conference will be held in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Plaza Hotel April 20-21.
According to the conference website, the event will feature the industry’s leading litigators and in-house counsel, where attendees will be able to hear the latest insights and expert advice pertaining to defending and managing lending, servicing, and foreclosure litigation.
Gray will be speaking on the panel, “Class Actions: New Certification and Commonality Trends Including Tyson Implications; Early Resolution and Settlement Strategy; Recent CAFA, Venue and Removal Developments; and Reviewing Campbell-Ewald v. Recently elevated to co-chair of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice, Gray is a frequent panelist and speaker, presenting on many topics regarding financial institutions in complex civil litigation. Last year, she also spoke at ACI’s 4th Bank & Non-Bank Forum on Mortgage Servicing Compliance, in addition to the 2015 MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference.
Gray has a wide breadth of experience in consumer and unfair competition class action litigation and regulatory investigations, in addition to both commercial and banking litigation. She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Litigation Task Force.
