In his role, Dobek is responsible for developing referral relationships with finance partners serving clients that could benefit from TCI’s financial services, as well as referring TCI accounts to other providers offering complementary services. He is also charged with business development in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area and throughout Minnesota.

He was also the cofounder and director of business development at Specialty Care Group, a Twin Cities-based company which specializes in home healthcare for individuals. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
