Angela Mettler Joins The REMM Group Commercial Real Estate Management Team
Tustin, CA (PRWEB) April 25, 2016 -- Today The REMM Group announced that Angela Mettler has been named as Regional Director of their Commercial Division. The new senior management position was created to develop additional commercial management business and to provide increased support for the REMM Group’s Commercial Property Management Team.
Ms. Mettler’s responsibilities will include business development, portfolio management, lease negotiations, mentorship, and training. Additionally Ms. Mettler will identify and implement operating expense efficiencies, provide capital and tenant improvement oversight, and develop strategies to create value for The REMM Group commercial real estate clients.
Ms. Mettler comes to The REMM Group with 15 years of commercial real estate management experience. “We’re a growing company, and we needed someone with both management and leadership skills in this position. Angela has been responsible for day to day operations, oversight, and leadership of management teams at 150 commercial buildings. We are thrilled to have her on board,” said CEO Sara D’Elia.
Ms. Mettler’s most recent position was Regional Vice President, Property Management at CIM Group, Inc. in Los Angeles. Her role included the oversight of a diverse portfolio of 25 commercial and mixed used properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Prior to that that Ms. Mettler worked as Area Director of Real Estate Service for REIT Management, and was Director of Asset Services at CBRE Inc. in Newport Beach, CA.

Ms. Mettler is actively involved with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and teaches the annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) classes. She received her Real Property Administrator (RPA) Certification through Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA). She is licensed as a real estate agent in California, received her B.S. in Business Management from National University, and is a volunteer and success coach at Working Wardrobes. She also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
