Relax and Sleep Well by Glenn Harrold includes more than 80 powerful hypnosis recordings along with an e-book to help users alleviate stress and anxiety, sleeping and dreaming better at night than they ever thought possible.

This app includes three free tracks including a full 29-minute hypnotherapy session that will take users on a relaxing journey into the deepest levels of self-hypnosis and mindfulness meditation. Subtle background soundscapes meld with Glenn’s calming voice, coming together to help listeners connect with a profound feeling of relaxation.
