Entering into the partnership with Bizagi is a milestone in our journey toward modernizing the agency’s legacy systems.
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB UK) 20 April 2016
After a rigorous selection process, Bizagi – the leading Business Process Management provider, has been chosen by the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) to provide a BPMS solution for the agency’s Employer Reporting Application system.
Bizagi was chosen over a wide range of top competitors. The selection positions DRS to transform its digital systems as Bizagi’s BPMS will provide the essential foundation for a new process-driven digital platform.
Serving approximately 500,000 members, DRS works with upward of 2,000 public employers that each report salary and payroll data through DRS systems. The BPMS solution will provide a highly integrated and adaptable architecture capable of processing large volumes of sensitive data with complex business rules. This will provide internal and external users with a streamlined, user-friendly, and easy-to-maintain Employer Reporting Application system that integrates with other core systems.
“Entering into the partnership with Bizagi is a milestone in our journey toward modernizing the agency’s legacy systems,” said Mike Ricchio, Administrative Services Division Director for DRS. “We look forward to building a user-friendly reporting system that will meet the needs of our employers and DRS, which will ultimately help us better serve our customers.”
For Bizagi this deal incorporated the achievement of passing through state government validation and due diligence. It is also another win that endorses the unique non-technical approach that the team takes in building solutions, including the strong focus that the organization places on effective collaboration between the business and IT.
“We were pleased to hear that Bizagi has been selected over many of our top competitors. We look forward to seeing the results as DRS leverage the ease-of-use, speed to deploy and flexibility of the platform throughout its digital transformation and well into the future.” – Gustavo Gomez, Bizagi CEO
