Sura Center this week officially launched a free eBook, A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation: Find Inner-Stillness in 10 Minutes a Day, for a practical approach to meditation for everyday people. Written by Sura Kim, readers will learn the basics of meditation and how to start their own practice through this comprehensive and informative guide.

The eBook begins with Sura’s personal story of how she began her career on Wall Street, backpacked around the world after a near-death miss, and later returned to the United States to teach meditation. It chronicles the impact that meditation made on her own personal life.

Sura says, “Meditation saved my life. It’s my mission to share this practice with anyone who wants to learn.”

A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation includes a step-by-step chapter on how to start one’s own meditation practice. It also comes with a ten-minute, guided, audio meditation that can be downloaded with or without music.

“Meditation is such a vast topic,” said Sura. “It can be hard to know how to begin. We break it down simply so anyone can get started in just 10 minutes a day.”

A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation is an easy and enjoyable read. It is appropriate for complete beginners as well as advanced practitioners. It shares basic meditation techniques that anyone can benefit from.
