The Eastman Innovation Lab to Host a TweetChat Focusing on #Sustainnovation; Innovations Born through the Lenses of Design and Sustainability
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 19, 2016 -- WHAT:
The Eastman Innovation Lab (EIL), a platform dedicated to advancing innovation, focuses its energy on communicating why #materialsmatter. This month, the EIL is hosting its monthly Third Thursday Tweet Chat, called #EIL_Convos, focusing the conversation around innovations born through the lenses of design and sustainability.
The EIL, and Eastman at large, believe that design can play a larger role in helping to solve the world’s toughest problems. In this TweetChat, Eastman’s new Chief Sustainability Officer, David Golden, (who will be tweeting from the account @Eastman_EIL), hopes to highlight how the lenses of design and sustainability can drive revolutionary innovations. Accompanied by a cast of thought leaders from across the industry, this tweet chat is meant to stimulate a conversation around the idea of #sustainnovation. ‘Twitter speakers’ are encouraged to go beyond the facilitated questions and answer inquiries that the audience might have on the topic.
This is the fourth #EIL_Convos, hosted by EIL and facilitated by the popular industrial design blog, Core 77. #EIL_Convos occurs every 3rd Thursday of the month at 1pm EST with the goal of engaging meaningful discourse on a variety of topics that span the fields of industrial design, architecture (and beyond).
