Cloud-based business apps marketplace GetApp has released its Q2 2016 ranking of the top call center solutions: in Q2, Vocalcom Contact Center Software carried on from Q1 and maintained its top spot, while Talkdesk and ShoreTel Sky came in second and third place, respectively.
The ranking is for small and mid-sized business owners and it offers an at-a-glance assessment of popular cloud-based call center software.
Five key data points are used for the ranking: Security, user reviews, media presence, software integrations, and mobile app availability.
“Reviews played an important role in the ranking, with the top three solutions all scoring 19 or higher. Vocalcom, however, separated itself from the rest and maintained its first place position from last quarter by continuing to put up strong scores across all data points. Additionally, 8x8 Virtual Contact Center scored the highest in mobile with a score of 20, and NewVoiceMedia and Magnetic North had strong showings in security, each with scores of 19,” says rankings project manager Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
