BackOffice Associates Acquires UK-Based CompriseIT

BackOffice Associates’ acquisition of CompriseIT is the latest initiative in strengthening the information governance leader’s expertise in helping customers globally as they embark on their journey to implement SAP S/4HANA.

Through the acquisition, the combined organization will offer customers a one-stop shopping experience supporting their initiatives for adopting SAP S/4HANA, including a thorough data and system readiness assessment, deployment of the new SAP Fiori user experience, automation of processes, execution of successful SAP S/4HANA projects and preparation of their existing environments for the move to SAP S/4HANA.
With the integration of both companies nearly complete, CompriseIT’s Co-CEO and SAP Mentor, Owen Pettiford, will serve as Senior Vice President for SAP Digital Transformation. Dean Wood, Co-CEO, will take on the role of Senior Vice President for SAP Innovation Delivery for BackOffice Associates Limited in Europe and both executives will oversee strategic SAP S/4HANA customer implementations.
