Condé Nast Traveler today announced its 2016 Hot List of the best new hotels and resorts in the world and Hacienda AltaGracia, a luxury resort in the lush mountains of Pérez Zeledón in the southern region of Costa Rica, has been recognized as the best new resort in Central America.
