Southeast Discovery client community Hampton Lake in Bluffton, South Carolina has announced its Lakeside Gathering Event to be held May 21, 2016 at 6 p.m. for those considering relocating to this award-winning coastal Carolina community in South Carolina’s Lowcountry.

“Hampton Lake is one of the most successful master-planned communities in the Carolinas,” according to Marian Schaffer, founder of Southeast Discovery, a real estate consulting firm specializing in guiding Baby Boomers with their real estate needs in the niche markets of retirement, relocation and second homes in the Southeast region. “The Hampton Lake Lakeside Gathering, to be held May 21, is a great opportunity to get to know more about Hampton Lake as well as explore the coastal South Carolina Lowcountry area. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and talk with current residents about the amenities and lifestyle they enjoy in this coastal South Carolina lake community.”

Hampton Lake will extend all out-of-town town guests the Ownership Experience Package. The package includes two nights and three days of accommodations at the Hampton Inn in Bluffton. Amenities in the package offer a choice of massages for two at Hampton Lake’s Spa, or golf for two at the Pete Dye golf course at Hampton Hall, plus all guests receive a $75 voucher to Backwater Bill’s, Hampton Lake’s on-site restaurant.

On Saturday, May 21 at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy dinner, beverages and desserts. At dusk, guests can enjoy S’mores around the lakefront campfire. Guests will have the opportunity to meet residents of Hampton Lake who have been introduced to the community by Southeast Discovery in years past.

Southeast Discovery’s onsite colleague, Chad Doyle, will provide tours of the development’s amenities, homes for sale and home sites available to purchase, with no time restrictions on when to build. There are wooded and lakefront home sites suited for build, along with existing homes and several spec homes also available for sale. Prices range from the low $100’s and up for home sites to homes priced from the higher $300k’s to over $1M. The variety of inventory can be viewed during this May weekend.
