A recent poll revealed that J.K. Rowling is the top followed author on Reader’s Legacy, and to celebrate, the company is offering 20% off of each of her novels.

April is turning out to be a big month for literary giant, J.K. Rowling – first with the opening of “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” in Burbank, CA on April 7th; then the release of the first official trailer for her upcoming movie, “Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them”, on April 10th; and now being named as the most influential author on! In honor of these amazing feats, Reader’s Legacy is doing something special. Today through April 30th, the site will be offering 20% off of each of Rowling’s novels!

Reader’s Legacy’s mission in creating such a sale, in addition to celebration, is to call attention to the special grant program they have created in order to give away 1 million physical books in support of literacy programs. As people join the site to participate in the sale, they earn “LitCoins”. For every book purchased during the sale, readers will earn double the LitCoins of a regular book!
