St. Michael Livonia of the Archdiocese of Detroit Wins Grand Championship at SAE International’s 10th Annual AWIM International JetToy Competition
WARRENDALE, Pa. (PRWEB) April 25, 2016 -- SAE International announces that St. Michael Livonia (Team #24) of the Archdiocese of Detroit the Grand Champion of the 10th Annual A World In Motion® (AWIM) International JetToy Competition, which was held Wednesday, April 13, during the SAE 2016 World Congress.
The JetToy Challenge is a friendly competition where students (in Engineering Design Teams of four) compete in distance, accuracy, weight carrying and timed events. This year’s competition was sponsored by Johnson Controls, BOSCH, Kia, ZF TRW and Henkel.
