Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, the Somerset Patriots, and the ball team’s concessionaire Centerplate, have once again teamed up to offer fans a nutritious twist to traditional ballpark food with the Horizon Healthy Plate Concession Stand.
Now in its third season with the Patriots, the Horizon Healthy Plate Concession Stand returns to TD Bank Ballpark with a healthy spin on food favorites that allow health-conscious fans to feast guilt-free on ballpark fare.
The Horizon Healthy Plate Concession Stand menu was designed by certified nutritionists. The menu includes popular heart-healthy dining choices, such as a low-fat turkey burger, a low-fat, low-sodium grilled chicken sandwich and a garden salad.
