Originally built in 1939, Townhouse Hotel first gained its notoriety for its laid-back resort environment, paired with a high-energy crowd and a breathtaking rooftop featuring sprawling views of the ocean and downtown Miami Beach. One of the first of its kind, Townhouse Hotel introduced the indulgent rooftop nightlife experience to the South Beach community, establishing one of the most coveted hot spots in the city and crafting a dynamic and vibrant destination.

Beer., an extension of the globally recognized Katsuya restaurant brand, blends minimalistic, yet comfortable design and skillfully-executed Japanese cuisine to create a vibrant and fresh vibe with an exceptionally refined menu, making it approachable in both concept and price point.
As its name suggests, K Ramen’s culinary offerings include a variety of ramen dishes such as the Lobster Ramen, with golden chives, green onion and marinated egg; the eponymous half-pound burger, topped with secret spicy mayo, caramelized onion and tomato; and an extensive selection of Japanese brews. Rounding out the menu is a selection of pokes served over aonori sesame rice, including the Spicy Creamy Tuna “K Poke” and Snapper & Kale in Yuzu Ginger Sauce; and small bites including Calamari with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce and Tater Tots with Duck Fat Drizzle.
