GetApp Announces The Top 25 Billing and Invoicing Applications for Q2 2016
Barcelona, Spain (PRWEB) April 26, 2016 -- GetApp has launched its ranking of the 25 category leaders in billing and invoicing software for Q2 2016. The top three applications remain unchanged from the first quarter rankings, with Xero leading the pack, FreshBooks in second place, and QuickBooks Online taking third.
GetApp’s ranking of category leading apps is designed to help small businesses get an overview of the top players in the billing and invoicing software market.
The independent ranking of billing and invoicing apps uses five key data points to score software. Points are awarded for: user reviews on GetApp, integrations, mobile app support, media presence, and application security. A maximum of 20 points is awarded to an app in each of these five areas, giving a total score of 100.
“Xero is still on top as the category leader for billing and invoicing, with its overall score leaping to an impressive 87 out of 100. There are plenty of big players in the world of invoicing software, and established software such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online score well in our ranking because of their popularity among users and the vast array of integrations with other applications that they support,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager and researcher at GetApp.
