Cruise Planners Returns from Top Producers Trip Exploring Incredible India
Coral Springs, Fla. (PRWEB) April 27, 2016 -- This month, Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, the nation’s largest home-based travel franchise business network in the industry, invited its top-producing travel advisors on a week-long tour of India’s iconic attractions. In April, Cruise Planners co-owners Michelle Fee and Vicky Garcia toured the area with the company’s top producers and Celebrity Cruises’ David Siewers all in partnership with India’s Ministry of Tourism and Luxury India Holidays.
Top producing Cruise Planners travel advisors checked into premier hotels in each India location including the Oberoi and Fairmont Hotel brands. Cities visited included Agra, which is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World – the Taj Mahal; Delhi, which is a major travel gateway; Jaipur, better known as the “Pink City” for its rose colored buildings; and Mumbai, the capital of the western state of Maharashtra.
Guests were escorted to beautiful monuments such as The Monument of Love – Taj Mahal, along with numerous historical architectural sites, such as Gujarat and Bengal. Throughout the tour, host Luxury India Holidays organized surprise lunches and dinners at beautiful restaurants such as the Chandra Mahal Haveli and an exotic elephant ride while going up the fort.
“Luxury India Holidays put together a very intriguing land tour for our travel advisors,” said Michelle Fee, CEO and co-founder of Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative. “With Cruise Planners land-based business continuing to take off, we enjoyed exploring this amazing destination with luxury accommodations.”
Cruise Planners travel advisors visited world-class attractions throughout the itinerary and even participated in a tour of the infamous, “Bollywood,” the sobriquet for the Hindi language film industry.
“Luxury India Holiday and the India Tourism Board were generous and hospitable throughout this journey,” Fee said. “Our pictures and social media posts alone have already driven demand for this destination from travelers and from the extended Cruise Planners travel advisor family.”
On this amazing trip, agents learned about Luxury India Holidays’ company philosophy of supporting natural wildlife and its rich variety of tours and itineraries throughout India and destinations beyond India. Celebrity Cruises also presented its unique product offerings, exotic itineraries and held one-on-one meetings with each of the Cruise Planners travel advisors to help them further build their Celebrity business.
“India was on our bucket list,” Fee said. “We look forward to telling more travelers about the exciting experiences awaiting travelers to the area.”
