Spin 360 Core Fitness is an upscale co-ed facility that offers revolutionary, as well as the most current trending exercise programs. The owners Tina and her husband Tim Schneider opened the Original Spin 360 Fitness in 1998 with the goal to provide people with the means to a better quality of life specializing in “Total Body Transformation”, through diet and exercise in a private atmosphere. Spin 360 Fitness was the first Private Spin Studio in the San Gabriel Valley. Tina and Tim are dedicated to the wellness of their community by donating time and resources to groups such as Habitat for Humanity, Autism Speaks and Wings Woman’s Shelter to name a few.
Already well known as Glendora's best studio for Spinning and Weight Training, they have expanded the studio with brand new space to include Yoga, Pilates, Booty Barre, Kickboxing, Hip Hop Dance, Indian Dance, Insanity Workouts, Golf Conditioning and many other fitness classes not found at other local studios. They also offer Nutrition Counseling, Ideal Protein and Isagenix meal programs. General Manager is Gerie Brink who is also a Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor and Nutrition Coach. The team of Spin Instructors are Brittany Pucci, Jessica Cruz, Cady Tescher, Julie Olsen, Jason De La Torre, Cece De La Torre, Jackie Gross and Kim Lowe who is also the Head Yogi. The 360 CORE Fitness Instructors are Davina Gauthier who teaches Booty Barre, Golf Conditioning, Yoga & Pilates. Irina Hardy, Yoga Instructor. Spin 360 Core Fitness is hosting OPEN HOUSE CLASSES from April 18th to May 1, 2016. Starting Monday April 18, 2016 the Instructors will begin teaching in their new environment, and as a gift to you, classes through the end of April will be no charge. Come meet Cecelia at 8:30 am Monday - Thursday as she takes the class through her Insanity workout. Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. Exercise using your own body weight for resistance. The idea is to increase aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Max interval training is extreme intensity level work out burning up to 1,000 calories an hour.
Kim Lowe is excited to instruct Yoga Sculpt at 5:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Yoga sculpt is a yoga flow with weights. It is a true body workout in which clients will sculpt their bodies with weight-lifting, cardio, and yoga. This is the class for you if you want to burn calories, build healthy bones, tone up muscles, and leave feeling calm, strong & refreshed.
Irina Hardy will be teaching 2 classes back to back on Fridays. Her first class will be Pilates at 9:30 am. Pilates® is an innovative mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. This class will be followed by Yoga. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga as taught Sri K. Pattabhi Jois is a system of postures linked together by breath and movement. This is an ancient and powerful discipline for cultivating physical, mental and spiritual health.
Spin 360 Core Fitness is excited to introduce Chadd Marcus ~ Yoga Instructor Starting Tuesday April 26, 2016 at 7:00 pm. Chadd has been vigorously trained in the vinyasa stylings of Ashtanga Yoga (Hatha/Raja/Pranayama) and has travelled the world to countries such as Thailand, Jamaica, and Belize teaching others through Yoga/Meditation Retreats as well as advancing his own practice and studies. He also has background in "Northern Style Thai Yoga Massage Therapy", and enjoys in the sharing/teaching of various styles of meditation he has also been trained in, which include 2 forms of ancient India's Anapana Sati & Vippasana. Spin 360 Core Fitness will be introducing new classes each week. One of the classes we can't wait to share with class is The Authentic Indian Dance Class, taught by one of our members at Spin 360, Suman. Suman will have colorful items coming directly from India and she will give you an amazing experience as she has been studying dance since early childhood.
