BRMI launches BRM salary survey with Instrumental BRM

BRM Salary Survey
This survey is a unique once-a-year opportunity for each member of the global BRM community to directly contribute to the benchmarks upon which your next pay raise might be based.

Today Business Relationship Management Institute (BRMI) released the 2016 BRM Salary Survey, with partnership and support of Instrumental BRM. This is an anonymous and voluntary survey used to determine the compensation of Business Relationship Management professionals in various positions within their organizations and across the globe. The survey is conducted annually to determine trends in BRM compensation.

“The BRM profession is maturing rapidly through the work of BRM Institute and its partners. The need for good market information on salary and compensation becomes important to provide insight in the value of the profession. In the end it is about the value the BRM brings to the organization and how that is compensated. Instrumental BRM is excited to support this initiative,” said Peter Lijnse from Instrumental BRM.

“This survey is a unique once-a-year opportunity for each member of the global BRM community to directly contribute to the benchmarks upon which a BRMs next pay raise might be based. Unless Business Relationship Managers wish to remain a passive bystander while their pay is determined, they should fill out our Salary Survey today,” said Dr. Aleksandr Zhuk of BRMI.

The results of last year’s BRM Salary Survey shed invaluable light on BRMI's members’ key demographics, including participating countries, industry affiliation, professional experience, and compensation analysis. This year’s BRM Salary Survey is expected to expand upon these results, while also providing a useful comparison to measure any possible shifts in the industry.

Business Relationship Managers are encouraged to take a few moments to complete the survey here click here. The anonymous data provided will be used to evaluate the current state and the emerging trends in BRM compensation worldwide, and human resource professionals will use this valuable information when grading their BRM positions. At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to request a summarized copy of the results for their professional benefit.
