Grind Announces Opening of New NoMad Location
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 27, 2016 -- Grind LLC announces today the opening of their newest Manhattan location at 1216 Broadway in the sought after NoMad neighborhood. Considered the leading co-working space and professional development platform for growing businesses and independent professionals, Grind is known for creating a warm, collaborative environment combined with a fresh and modern workspace.
The 18,000 square foot space will consist of varied size workspaces, more private offices, and team rooms to better accommodate growing businesses and will be the largest footprint Grind has to-date. The location will be a double-floor model and will also feature outdoor space. Just minutes away from multiple train lines, and centrally located within New York City, the NoMad office space will deliver an ideal location for Grind entrepreneurs.
“The new NoMad location is being launched in collaboration with the building’s owner, a model that we believe is the future of co-working,” says CEO David Beale. “Working collaboratively with building owners allows us to align the interests of the asset owner and Grind and provide the best possible flexible space alternatives to accommodate the needs of growing companies while maintaining our innovative and community-based culture.”
The opening of the Nomad space is the latest move in Grind’s rapidly expanding footprint. In February, the company announced the appointment of David Beale as CEO, as well as the launch of a new location at 140 West Street in New York’s Financial District in collaboration with Verizon. In April, the company released the news that Felicia Stingone had assumed the role of CMO, bringing her vast experience in hospitality marketing to the organization – a principle seen as central to Grind’s mission.
Existing members already confirmed to participate in the space include The Design Gym, Triptease, Beckerman Group/Antenna, and Open Data Science Conference. Pre-opening membership is available now.
