Olivia’s determination, tenacity, leadership and passion have truly enhanced the HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter’s volunteer recognition program.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) April 27, 2016
J2 Solutions, Inc., a leading technology services firm, announced today that Olivia Brannick, delivery executive, was recently recognized as an outstanding leader by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s (HBA) Greater Philadelphia board. The award was presented to Brannick for her exceptional leadership and volunteer service on March 22, 2016 at Janssen Pharmaceuticals offices in Ambler, PA.
Since joining HBA in May 2015, as a member of the Leadership Engagement Committee, Brannick has made significant contributions to the chapter. Specifically, she spearheaded the successful Spark program—a peer-to-peer recognition program that acknowledges outstanding volunteer efforts of chapter members. Brannick conceived of the idea when she identified an unmet need to recognize the chapter’s women for their steadfast commitment to their volunteer efforts, all while managing the everyday pressures of their jobs, families and other responsibilities.
HBA Greater Philadelphia’s Spark recognition program has successfully enhanced the organization’s recognition programs overall, and has been extremely well received since its launch in December, 2015, with 15 volunteer recognitions delivered to date. By recognizing and appreciating the dedicated volunteers who run the organization, this program serves to further strengthen HBA’s already successful Greater Philadelphia chapter.
“Olivia’s determination, tenacity, leadership and passion have truly enhanced the HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter’s volunteer recognition program,” said Stacie M. Snodgrass, president, HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter. “This program would not have been possible without Olivia’s vision, energy, commitment and passion for recognizing others,” she added.
“We are proud of Olivia for the team leadership, cross-functional collaboration and focus she demonstrated while delivering innovation and value to HBA’s volunteer recognition programs,” said Sanjay Khatnani, co-founder and managing partner of J2 Solutions, Inc. “An enthusiastic thought leader, Olivia combined her creative problem-solving skills with her enthusiasm for acknowledging others to bring an idea to life. We at J2 Solutions, Inc. are thrilled to call Olivia one of our own.”
Brannick has nearly a decade of experience in supporting the scientific and healthcare market. She is currently running the J2 Solutions, Inc. Life Sciences practice, a growing segment of the business that serves pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech customers.
