CMCI Acquires LA Systems in Move to Expand Service Offerings
Fairfax, VA (PRWEB) April 29, 2016 -- Chakrabarti Management Consultancy Inc. (CMCI) announced today that it has acquired Alexandria, Virginia based LA Systems Inc. LA Systems has been providing modernization and support services to the government and private sector since 1982. LA Systems specializes in enterprise modernization, system conversion, configuration, software development, systems design, training, maintenance, hardware and software installation, and contract and program support and management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
