Title Alliance Appoints Erika Madden, Esq. as Director of Sales and Marketing for Greater Maryland Title
Media, PA (PRWEB) April 27, 2016 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Erika Madden, Esq. as Director of Sales and Marketing for Greater Maryland Title. Greater Maryland Title, a partnership between Title Alliance and Keller Williams Realty Centre, was announced in March 2014.
Madden’s role at Greater Maryland Title is to assist with real estate related legal questions, to conduct closings, teach classes and lunch and learns while keeping their clients abreast of industry/legal updates.

Madden received a Bachelors of Arts from Texas A&M University. She went on to pursue law and received a Juris Doctor degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Madden was admitted into the Maryland Bar Association in 2003.
Madden, a partner at the law firm, Yungmann and Madden, LLP, is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. An active member of the Howard County community and real estate community, she is a member of the current Leadership Howard County class and is on Howard County’s Junior Achievement Board of Directors and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Board. In addition, she has served for the last nine years on the Education and Legislative Committees with the Howard County Association of Realtors. Madden is also an instructor of CE for the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR).
Madden joins the Greater Maryland Title Team consisting of Jennifer Zatkowski, Manager; Matthew Lynch, Corporate Attorney; and Processors Ashley Haley, Cristina Hungerford and Chris Kource.
