Title Alliance renews focus on the hiring and on-boarding processes for both their corporate team and their joint ventured affiliates. Launching Title Alliance Careers allows them to expand their reach and to give prospective employees a glimpse into what it is like to be a part of the Title Alliance Family.

Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has launched T.A. Careers, a platform for prospective employees to search for opportunities and to receive a glimpse of what it is like to be a part of the Title Alliance Family. The strengthening of the hiring and onboarding process within Title Alliance began in December with the appointment of Jill Abendroth as HR Generalist.

“I wanted to give prospective employees a place where they could view our open positions in one place, rather than finding them on various job boards,” says Abendroth. “As candidates are searching for career opportunities, they are presented with a lot of information. A platform such as T.A. Careers gives them a resource to refer back to when processing options and making decisions that will impact them, their families and their futures.”

T.A. Careers has been in development for the better part of the last year,” says Lindsay Smith, Marketing Director for Title Alliance. “It was critical to me, and to our company, that we portrayed who we are in very real terms. We want people to understand our culture, our mission and our vision before they come on board with us as we are searching for candidates who want to have careers, not jobs.”

T.A. Careers is an interactive site which allows candidates to learn about what sets Title Alliance apart from other companies. Their mission, vision and values are encompassed in the site, along with a letter from the company’s CEO and a description about the support services offered by Title Alliance. Candidates can also learn more about the Management Team of Title Alliance, watch videos from employees, the company’s CEO and the company’s Chairman and read testimonials from employees in the corporate and joint ventured environments.

Smith concludes, “It was inspiring to hear the testimonials that came in from across the country about working as part of our family.
