Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, announces the national launch of its exclusive Chef’s Fare Dining Program. This new program is launching in their new HRA retirement communities nationwide and features a wealth of options tailored to each individual’s dining preferences.

Each month, residents in the new HarborChase communities will receive an allotment of “Dining Dollars” to be enjoyed throughout their many dining venues! Residents can choose where to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They may choose to dine in a traditional restaurant, where they can enjoy fare from a beautiful exhibition kitchen, complete with a pizza oven and choose from options such as the Chef’s Featured Entrée or other delicious choices. Or they may choose to enjoy a meal in a casual dining restaurant, where they can experience the exclusive Chef’s Fare Four Square meal. They can even choose from a delicious menu of enhanced items like filet mignon, house made pizza, and surf and turf! And all of it can be paid for from their dining dollars!

HarborChase’s Award Winning Menus were developed by a team of HarborChase Chefs in conjunction with a Registered Dietitian, and were created with a concentrated emphasis on taste, appearance and variety, with a liberal sprinkling of healthy choices. HarborChase showcases fresh fruits and vegetables as much as possible, and foods are prepared fresh daily in their kitchen by their own chefs! All of their specialty breads, Danishes, etc. are baked in house!
In addition, each HRA community features 24-hour staff, scheduled transportation daily, housekeeping service, concierge services. Each community also has HRA’s signature Life Enrichment Program, designed to provide social, devotional, fitness and recreational opportunities that have a positive impact on residents.
