David Weekley Homes Expands to Wilmington, Enters Two Homes into Parade of Homes
Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) April 27, 2016 -- Weekley Now Open for Sales in Brunswick Forest
David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, announced today its expansion to its 22nd market with the North Carolina city of Wilmington.
“We’re excited to enter the Wilmington market,” said Steve Ebensberger, executive vice president of David Weekley Homes. “We’ve been building in North Carolina since 1995 and are looking forward to bringing our award-winning homes to even more homebuyers with our expansion to this beautiful coastal city.”
Weekley’s first homes in its newest market are in the master-planned community of Brunswick Forest, which is now open for sales. Priced from the $405s, buyers can choose from 13 floor plans, ranging in size from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and situated on 55- or 65-foot homesites.
Two of the floor plans available are on display during the 30th Anniversary Parade of Homes in Wilmington. Hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, visitors can take a tour of The Fulbright or The Bitmore. Showcasing Weekley’s homes situated on 55-foot homesites, The Fulbright offers three bedrooms, three full baths, 10-foot ceilings, modern white cabinets and a courtyard in front of the home.
The Bitmore highlights Weekley’s homes on 65-foot homesites with three bedrooms, four full baths, an expansive super shower in the owner’s retreat, soft gray marble cabinets, an oversized screened-in porch with ceiling fan and an outdoor fire pit.
The Bitmore and The Fulbright will be on full display during the final weekend of the 30th Anniversary Parade of Homes April 30 – May 1.
