Mediaplanet today announces distribution of its latest cross-platform campaign, “Transplants,” which will educate and inspire transplant patients to seek out the best patient care and medical facilities available to them.

The print component of “Transplants” is distributed within the Wednesday circulation of the Chicago Tribune, with a circulation of approximately 450,000 copies and an estimated readership of 1.3 million. The print edition will also be distributed to over 4,000 attendees at the 2016 American Transplant Congress to take place June 11-15 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. The digital component is distributed nationally, through a vast social media strategy, and across a network of top news sites and partner media outlets. In honor of National Donate Life Month this April, Mediaplanet is enlisting Loyola Medicine, among others, to foster wider awareness about how to get more involved in organ donation and transplantation.

Loyola Medicine has over 30 locations in the Chicagoland area, with a Transplant Center that focuses on building lifelong relationships with their heart, kidney, liver and lung patients in order to help them regain their lives after surgery.
This awareness campaign was made possible with support from Loyola Medicine, which will be attending the 2016 American Transplant Congress as a leader in transplantation and patient care both within the Chicago area and on a national scale.
