In honor of National Donate Life Month this April, Mediaplanet is enlisting Loyola Medicine, among others, to foster wider awareness about how to get more involved in organ donation and transplantation.
Loyola Medicine has over 30 locations in the Chicagoland area, with a Transplant Center that focuses on building lifelong relationships with their heart, kidney, liver and lung patients in order to help them regain their lives after surgery.
This awareness campaign was made possible with support from Loyola Medicine, which will be attending the 2016 American Transplant Congress as a leader in transplantation and patient care both within the Chicago area and on a national scale.
