Construction Underway on The Enclave Senior Living at Saxony
Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) April 29, 2016 -- Construction is underway on The Enclave Senior Living at Saxony, a senior living community in Fishers offering luxury senior living options at an affordable price, including flexible month-to-month leasing programs.
Scheduled to open in Fall 2017, The Enclave Senior Living at Saxony is a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities, a Denver-based company recently ranked among the top 10 senior housing operators in the United States. The 160,000-square-foot community is Spectrum’s second in Fishers. Located on the south side of I-69, directly west of IU Health Saxony Hospital, it will offer a full range of living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The community also offers Spectrum’s unique Transitional Memory Care, which supports seniors with mild cognitive impairment while still offering a high level of independence.
Weis Builders is general contractor for the project with design by Missouri-based architectural firm GastingerWalker&.

The four-story community will offer 160 well-appointed residences, ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot apartment homes. Residents can choose from living options that all have been planned to maximize health, independence, security and peace of mind. The community’s first-class amenities will include outdoor gardens, a fitness center, chef-prepared dining, Colors of Spectrum wellness programs and entertainment activities run by the community’s Director of Fun.
Spectrum develops, owns and operates senior living communities throughout the United States. Spectrum’s Meadow Brook Senior Living, also in Fishers, began welcoming new residents in June 2013.
