Recent trends show a rising tide lifting all boats along Florida's Emerald Coast. According to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR), real estate sales along the Emerald Coast in 2015 increased 16.1 percent over the previous year. In addition, reports from ECAR show increased demand with the average number of cumulative days for listings on market decreasing from 150 days in December 2014 to 140 days in December 2015.
