Nevada Chapter of NASW Partners with Lifestyle Intervention Conference for Sixth Annual Behavioral Healthcare Event

The Sixth Annual Lifestyle Intervention Conference (LIC), an American Addiction Centers (AAC) event, will be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV from October 17–19, 2016. The Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Social Work (NASW) will be co-hosting the event.

This year’s conference will offer presentations featuring new treatment tracks, industry exhibitors, best practice workshops, and networking opportunities. Of the 72 million Americans facing addiction, many also struggle with undiagnosed process addiction, which can be just as debilitating as chemical dependency. The Lifestyle Intervention Conference is the fastest growing event in the nation to address this specific issue.

LIC began with the desire to build a network of resources for the community of providers who serve those struggling with addiction. This annual event has grown into the most critical, industry-changing event to impact the health and wellness communities in decades.

Conference attendees will have an opportunity to receive Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for their professional credentials. In addition to the educational aspects of the conference, the conference provides a relaxed but professional atmosphere for networking and building relationships with Addiction Professionals, Social Workers, Case Managers, Interventionists, Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Professional Counselors, and Psychologists.
