BP3 Global, an Austin, Texas based provider of business process management (BPM) services and solutions, today announced that it has acquired the interests of Teknovare, a Denver, CO based consultancy specializing in developing decision support systems and custom optimization solutions.

The acquisition of Teknovare further advances BP3’s presence in the decision management software and services market. Founded in 2007, BP3 has become the premier process and decision software and services provider in the United States and Europe. The purchase of Teknovare adds further depth and expertise in Decision Management.

“We’re delighted to join forces with the Teknovare team - they share our passion for decision management and customer success. With the addition of the Teknovare team and their capabilities and IP, we are doubling down on decision management, which we have found to be a perfect complement to the business process management work we do with our customers," said BP3 CEO Scott Francis.

Scott continued, “Teknovare has a stellar brand and reputation, having successfully worked with companies like United States Postal Service, National Instruments, and Walgreens, to name a few. We’ve admired their culture and performance for many years. Putting the best in BPM and the best in decision management together under one roof is a big win for our customers and partners.”

“The entire Teknovare team is looking forward to extending our decision management capabilities with BP3’s market leadership. Both organizations have a steadfast commitment to customer success and value. There is great cultural alignment, and we gain such critical mass by transitioning our existing partnership into a merger,” said Teknovare CEO Scott Wilger.

BP3 CEO and Co-Founder Scott Francis focused on the value the acquisition will provide to customers. “We are thrilled about the effect this will have on our customers. Bringing the best decision management team into combination with the best business process team is perfectly aligned with our goal of being the best in the industry and the best partner for our customers.”
