National Association of Professional Women Inducts Monique Bonneville, Configuration Analyst at SITA Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) May 03, 2016 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Monique Bonneville as a 2016-2017 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in information technology (IT). NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

For the past three years, Monique Bonneville has been a Configuration Analyst at SITA, the global IT provider to the air transport industry. She currently leads the project to procure new Discovery, Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tools at this multi-national IT company. She works with vendors to ensure the company selects the most effective tools, leads the proof of concept performance testing and other functions to complete the project.
“I’m a natural Writer and Editor, I create and maintain processes for the CMDB. My attention to detail allows me to see copy errors and improve upon the tone and language of a document,” she stated. “I have a strong drive which allows me to manage projects and complete them on target. I love tapping into new arenas within the IT field since there are a plethora of opportunities. I find that increasing my knowledge is the most rewarding aspect of my career.”
Ms. Bonneville is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Technical Communication at Arizona State University. Her thesis is centered on identifying the rhetorical approach that North American airlines use when communicating with current and potential consumers on Facebook. She plans to extend this research into her dissertation. A future goal of hers is to obtain her Ph.D. and to work within the air transport industry as a social media communication expert.
