Greenberg Traurig’s Jerry Stouck to Speak on Panel at the 28th Annual Judicial Conference
WASHINGTON, D.C. (PRWEB) May 02, 2016 -- Jerry Stouck, chair of the Federal Regulatory and Administrative Law Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be speaking on a panel at the 28th Annual Judicial Conference hosted by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The conference will take place Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Stouck will be participating on the panel, “Developments in ADR & Pro Bono Representation” from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The panel will discuss best practices in ADR cases involving the federal government and support for the Bar Association’s pro bono attorney referral pilot program, among other new initiatives. Stouck will be speaking on ADR best practices.
Stouck has a wide-ranging trial and appellate litigation practice. He has particular experience in complex business, regulatory, and environment disputes with government agencies. Stouck regularly handles environmental and land use litigation, including related contract/commercial disputes, and has extensive experience with eminent domain and Fifth Amendment regulatory takings claims. He appears frequently in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Federal Circuit, and in the D.C. federal district court and D.C. Circuit.
